SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping:
I currently ship from the Netherlands to both domestic and international destinations.
Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days

Europe: 3 to 10 business days

International: 7 to 20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays.
Each print is:

Protected in a clear archival sleeve

Shipped with a rigid backing board

Carefully packaged to arrive safely
Frames are not included unless stated otherwise.
Customs & Import Fees:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of any damage. I'll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
As each print is made to order and carefully prepared by hand, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. I will gladly arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
If your package is lost in transit, please get in touch and I will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
